This is the USB 3.0 HUB for easy connection up to 4 USB devices (USB 3.0/2.0/1.1) to your computer via one USB cabel. Each of 4 USB ports supports the charging function.
Fastcharging USB port, marked with lightning icone, is primarly determined for charging of products, which need charging up to 2 A. For the other devices the charging from a common USB port can be sufficient. It is possible to charge these devices in another available USB port. We recommend also to connect the external power adapter.
For charging iPad Apple tablet sis necessary to disconnect USB cable from PC and let connected power adapter to the HUB in USB port marked with lightning icone.
Interface USB 3.0 is especially important for data transfers from memory cards, flash memory, backup drives, where its high transmission speed is the most used. Precisely because of backing up to external drives and for possible connection of more devices is the HUB also equipped with an external source.

Question: USB 3.0 4-port HUB is not installed automatically immediatelly after connection.
Answer: Device should be installed automatically in supported OS. By the way, if installation doesn’t start, reboot your computer. After rebooting PC, device installation starts.
Question: I have some problems with detection and installation of HUB.
Answer: Install the latest drivers for USB 3.0 interface of your PC/NB.
Question: The Apple tablet is not charged.
Answer: You can charge also Apple iPad tablets. Anyway, for charging it is necessary to disconnect USB cable from PC and let connected power adapter to the HUB.
Question: The Samsung tablet is not charged.
Answer: Despite the european standard about unification of power devices some companies protect their products and so it is possible to charge them with the original/licensed power adapter only.
