This universal power adapter with 90 W output is an ideal choice for the power supply of almost any notebook or other equipment requiring the voltage in DC 5 – 20 V range. Output voltage is set automatically by tips. This adapter features also additional USB port of A type = DC 5 V / max. 1 A, which can be used to power most of the equipment with USB power pack (e.g. MP3 players, Bluetooth hands-free, digital frames, some mobile phones, car navigation units, etc.).

Answer: Despite the european standard about unification of power devices some companies protect their products and so it is possible to charge them with the original / licensed power adapter only.
