i-tec Metal Power Bank 8000 mAh is a portable battery used for charging of mobile phones, GPS navigators, tablets, music players and other digital devices. Thanks to the 8000 mAh capacity it features a high charging power.
You can recharge the built-in battery from the USB port of your notebook / PC or by the USB charger directly from the mains. Thanks to four LED diodes on the back side of the power bank you can have a constant overview of the battery charging status.
Power bank has two output USB ports for charging the connected devices, one input micro USB port for charging the power bank itself.

Answer: Unfortunately, despite the European standard on compatibility of charging equipment, some companies protect their brand products and these can be charged only by the original / licensed charging adapter.
Question: After pressing the ON/OFF button no light goes ON on the power bank.
Answer: The capacity is zero (it is necessary to recharge the power bank) or the power bank has a defect (contact the claim-handling department) and return the product.
Question: The device connected to the included 3-in-1 cable will not charge.
Answer: Make sure that the cable is properly connected to the device and that the individual parts of the cable are assembled properly. Due to its design there could be a problem if the cable is not assembled properly.
