Payment Terms

Payments for the goods purchased can be as follows:

Cash payment at the business premises when receiving the goods
Cash payment to the forwarder when receiving the goods (cash on delivery)
Bank transfer after the delivery of the goods

With regular clients we can agree payment based on invoice with the payment term of 7-21 days. If the buyer delays the payment of the invoice, the seller has the right to charge late charges from the first day after the due date. The title to the goods passes on the buyer immediately after the payment of the entire purchase price including the related costs (for delivery of the goods, etc.).
